by Chloe Chan A few days ago, a woman on Facebook that she met an unscrupulous taxi driver when she was about 2pm outside the Sultan Iskandar Building in Johor Bahru to go to Bandar Million in Johor Bahru for business. Less than 20 minutes of driving, the taxi driver insist on not running the meter and even ask for a huge fare of RM 94!
