Under the Labour Amendment Act that came into effect on Jan 1, 2023 . Overtime pay benefits only apply to employees with a salary below RM4,000 or those who rely on manual labour.
For employees with a salary of more than RM4,000. Unless it is manual labour, your benefits depend on the content of your contract. If the contract does not specify OT benefits, employees cannot enjoy this benefit.

Failure to issue pay slips to employees is illegal
According to Section 5 of Cyprus Phone Number List the Labour Regulations 1957, employers are required to provide proof of salary information (pay slips) of their employees.
Under the Overtime Limitations

Failure to provide employees with pay slips is an offence under Section 9 of the Employment Regulations 1957. Upon conviction, the offender may face a fine of not more than RM10,000 for each charge under Section 99A of the Employment Act 1955.
